Can the monsters touch us?
NO! The actors of Fear the Woods will never intentionally touch you. Because of the closeness of their working conditions and your unknown reaction, incidental contact may occur. I’m too scared! Do I have to pay if I just want to walk around, but not actually go in the attractions?
Yes, you have to pay admissions. Our admission’s policy is equivalent to other entertainment businesses. Once you walk through our gates you are being entertained and using our services; therefore, you have to pay admissions.
I’m too scared or my kid is too scared! But I still want to go through.
You can purchase “Monster Protection” with your ticket. Our actors will see the monster protection and not scare those wearing it; however, we can not turn off animatronics. You may have an animatronic jump out at you because those are activated by a sensor, but no actor will intentionally seek you out while you wear Monster Protection. This is the perfect option if you have children under the age of 13 coming in. You can purchase Monster Protection online with your tickets or at the gate if you notice you may need it.
For whatever reason (too scared or ejected by sheriff department ), I am unable to go through the rest of my haunt experience. Can I have a refund?
NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If you and/or a child can’t make it through an attraction, leave early or you did not follow a rule and/or policy of Fear the Woods and get ejected, you will not get a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Do you close if it rains?
Depends on the severity, but unfortunatley, Yes.
Sometimes we may postpone opening, close early or not open at all. 75% of Fear the Wood’s Attractions are outdoors and muddy wet customers and/or actors is never a good thing. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts each day to determine if we need to close for the night or not and we typically announce if we are going to be open or closed by 5:00 pm the day of. In the event of inclement weather, Please check our Website and/or Social Media Platforms for the most up-to-date changes on our Open Status. If you pre-purchased a ticket for that night online, your ticket will be honored on another night.

I bought a ticket online and the gate is closed because of reaching max capacity. What do I do?
Every year we add more spaces to prevent this from happening, but on occassion this unfortunate event occurs. No worries though, you will definitely be able to experience Fear the Woods that night. By purchasing online, you have GUARANTEED your admission to our attraction and we will accomodate to you. We typically close the gates and let people out for about 15-30 minutes and then reopen our gates once we have enough parking spaces. PLEASE be patient with us. The BEST thing for you to do is wait and check Facebook for real time updates. There are a few restaurants and fast food places 5 minutes away on 155 if you need to kill a little time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If I get there 5 minutes before closing time, can I still come in?
No, to be fair to our actors we stop accepting/selling tickets at 11:45pm on Friday and Saturday nights and 10:45pm on Sunday nights.
I’m still in line waiting to get into the last attraction at 12:05 am. Are you going to close?
